Transactions not appearing in report

I have some (very few) cleared transactions that appear (as cleared) in the register for my credit card, but do not appear in a report by category. Attached are screen shots of the credit card register showing the two transactions under the category "Gifts Given", the report which does not show these transactions in May, and the Edit page for that report.

Can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?

   You have the end date in the report settings set to 05/09/2016 yet the transactions have a date of 05/18/2015.

   Well, don't I feel silly. That fixed it. (Duh)

   What fooled me was that since the end date was 5/9 (rather than 4/30), *some* May transactions showed, but not all.
