Report font size and lack of responses
Is this forum the right place to submit bug reports? A forum is fine for discussing things, but I'm used to bug report systems that actually track submitted reports, thus keeping them from getting lost. It seems like posting on the forum depends on someone happening to notice the posting and submit it to the actual bug report system. That usually seems to happen, but it is frustrating when it doesn't.
I submitted a report about font size problems in printed reports over a month ago (on 20 June). Seeing no response, I posted a followup on 7 July. I still don't see so much as an acknowledgement of anyone form Moneydance having read it (although one other user replied that he had the same problem). Maybe starting a separate post like this will get noticed.
I hesitate to retype in the whole report, but the short version is that font sizes on printed reports are wildly discrepant - nowhere near the font size that I specify in the print preferences. This is on OS X 10.6 (not 10.7 yet) with Moneydance 2011 (791). It does not happen with Moneydance 2010. In fact, my best workaround so far is to close 2011 and reopen the file with 2010 before I print.
As additional data, I have also noticed that the printed font size varies among different reports and even depending on whether I print in landscape or portrait for the same report.

Richard,
This is a fine place to submit bug reports, our bug report ticketing system is integrated with the forums and keeps our systems compact and connected. I'm sorry it took us so long to respond, and I've posted some questions on your other thread so we can move forward with troubleshooting.
Thanks for your patience, and I apologize again for our delay. It's a sticky issue, and we're slogging through potential causes and solutions,
Angie Rauscher
