New Issue with Yahoo Quotes

Dear Forum:
There appears to be a new issue pertaining to the stock / mutual
fund prices being supplied by http://finance.yahoo.com/.
Some quotes are not being updated to the current date.
I've attached two screenshots of the Quotes & Exchange Rates
updater taken this morning 08/04/2011
Q&ER_1 illustrates ticker FAGIX properly priced with the quote
from 08/03/2011.
Q&ER_2 illustrates ticker FASMX improperly priced with the
quote from 08/01/2011.

Dear Forum:
This morning's quotes came in ranging from 08/04, 08/02 and 08/01.
After yesterdays rout in the market, I'm not sure I even want quotes to update anymore.

Dear Forum:
I find that I can get an acurate update if I run the Q&ER extension on the following morning with it set to only update Historical Security Prices (Yahoo Finance - USA).
This is doable for me until Yahoo Finance gets there act together or until quotes are updated from another supplier.

I'm experiencing the same problem. I upgraded to 2011 thinking it would solve the problem but it hasn't. The problem began a few weeks ago when a fix was done for the quotes when they were showing in the billions of dollars. Is this a Yahoo issue or is it an issue with Moneydance? This problem didn;t exist prior to the billion dollar issue.

Hi,
Our initial fix for the quote downloader did not account for all the erroneous data that Yahoo! is sending out. Fortunately incorrect prices also have obviously incorrect dates and also fortunately, on follow-up tries the prices are usually correct. We are preparing to get MD 2011 R2 out and will not be able to get to fixing this issue right away but it is also a high-priority for us.
If you get incorrect data go to Extension->Quotes and Exchange Rate and press the 'Update Now' button.
This should correct any aberrant data.
Thank you all for your patience, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for your reply.
The workaround that I'm using (post # 3) produces accurate price quotes, albeit a day later.
Not ideal but not horrible either.
Thanks again.
