Reporting Filter

Hi, I detected an incident after upgraded to version 2015.7 (1358) on the reporting module.
Basically the new version is not filtering correctly the "Cleared" field. All my reports using "Transaction Filter" template are not filtering Cleared filed correctly. This is the example:
Assume the following posting:
Post 1:
  Account 1 - + 100 (Cleared)
  Account 2 - - 100 (Uncleared)

I run the report Transaction Filter for Account 2, for all uncleared items, and the report is not showing -100. I tested setting Account 1 (+100) uncleared too, and the report filter for Account 2 starting to show -100.

Basically this is an incident as if I am running a report about Account 2, it should filter based on that account not the counterpart.
