Order--Fulfilment too slow!

I placed my order—and effected payment—two hours ago and I still do not have the license code. I need to work on my portfolio during a long upcoming flight and expected my license immediately. That is what I get from every other company (e.g. Kagi). You need to change your process or change vendors. This is really bad fulfillment service.
