when I reconcile I don't have the option of clearing deposits
I'm sort of having the same problem that Chris reported on May 13, 2009. I'm using Moneydance 2011 (791) with Max OS 10.6.8 Java version 1.6.0.26. I just converted from Quicken 2007 and imported using a qif.
When I try to manually reconcile my accounts (looked at two), I have no way of clearing deposits. The reconciliation window displays the proper beginning value from the previous Quicken reconciliation. The reconciliation window allows me to clear all checks, etc... However, no deposits are displayed.
I tried to reinstall by deleting the Moneydance application, emptying the trash, and reinstalling. I didn't do anything with the preference file or anything else.

There is a minor bug in the current release of the reconcile window which means it is a little too short by default. If you drag the bottom left corner of the window to make it taller you will see your deposits.
This will be fixed in the next update.
