can't get trial to work

Downloaded trail but doesn't seem to open to try out.

Did you place the Moneydance.app in your applications folder? What happens when you click on it?

Hi -
Yes, I put in my applications folder.? When I click it seems to follow exactly what your help guide says....Create New File...I get to the page where it lists Bank Accounts, etc. but can't seem to add anything....what am I doing wrong?

Its not clear to me what you mean when you say you cannot add anything. If you click on the checking account on the home page do get presented with the transaction register for that account? If so, can you click on the "New Transaction" button and enter new transactions by hand?
The more specific you can be the easier it will be for me to assist you.
