Yesterday I balanced my checking account. When I opened the checking account to all transactions from 5/11 are missing

Hi John
I have split your comment of onto its own thread. The reasons for the missing transactions are seldom the same and I don't want to add a second case to the already complex case you posted on.
The most common cause of missing transactions is inadvertently opening an old copy of your data file. I encourage you to search your computer for all files ending with .md and see if you have a newer copy than the one you opened.

Fixed it. I had inadvertently divided the pages using the icon on the upper right of the menu bar. When I finally figured that out I was able to rejoin the parts.
