What is current version of MD (Stable & Preview)?

I recall mention of updates spoken of in the support forum but I still only see build 791 for both Stable & Preview versions.

    Thanks. Why doesn't MD itself present the Preview version when I use the in app MD Updater Extension?

    Kevin - do you know if the 298 on the daily build still has the problem with "confirm" creating a new transaction rather than confirming the downloaded one?

    799 should fix the problem with similar payee confirmations.

    downloaded build 799. How do I clear out the now orphaned entries in the Bill Payment Outbox which read "Will Process" but are already cancelled?

    Can you bring up the Online Bill Payment window and use the Refresh button while showing the payments list?

    I am sorry I just posted the prior comment in the wrong discussion.
    Please ignore the last comment about changing the action on transactions.

    With regard to your issue. The list of transactions that you are seeing marked as Will process is coming from your bank. When the refresh button is clicked Moneydance requests from your bank the status of all transactions it is currently handling. If you are seeing transactions in that list after you have click refresh that is because your bank included that information in its response. Have you tried logging into your banks website and looking at the online bill pay section there?

    My Bill Payment Outbox shows "WIll process" irrespective of the number of times I press 'refresh' - Moreover, it does not match my banks online status.

    Something is amiss between MD (b799) and Chase electronic banking.

    HI Rob,

    If you would be willing, could you send me the contents of your error console? Here's how to get the logs:

    1) In Moneydance, click on the Help menu and select the Console Window option. This will open the console messages window.
    2) While the Console Window is open, refresh the bill payment window. A record of what the bank sends should be recorded to the console.
    3) Select all of the text in the Console and use the Copy to Clipboard button at the bottom to copy the text.
    4) Paste the text from the message window into a text file (preferably saved with a .txt or .rtf extension) and email that file directly to me at jessica @ moneydance.com. Please reference this discussion in your email.

    Do not attach the file to your response here, since this thread is public and the logs will contain your account information. To be safe you should redact any account info in the debug logs. Just replace it with something like ACCOUNT NUMBER HERE and it should be fine.

    I've sent the error console data as requested some time ago but have yet to hear back from MD support.

    Just to let you know I have disabled the Bill Payment feature of the program. There were three bills of mine that I thought I had paid on time which were cancelled I suspect as a result of my problem. I've had to resend payments. I'll let you know if I've incurred any penalties as a result.
