  1. Select all from edit menu doesn't work; cmd-A works from keyboard only if at least one transaction is already selected [iMac i5, OS 10.6.8/MD 2011 (791)]

  2. In some sessions, delete selected transactions doesn't work when all transactions have been selected. Some days it does, some days it doesn't.

    Hi Tom

    1) The menu options

    Edit->Cut
    Edit->Copy
    Edit->Paste
    Edit->Select All

    are only related to text entry. They are not for selecting/copying transactions. These options only have an effect if you have the cursor in a text entry field.

    The problem of having to select at least one transaction before cmd-A has an affect is an know issue I have attached the relevant ticket to this discussion.

    2) I have not been able to reproduce the problem you are describing with inconsistent deleting. Are you able to reliably reproduce the problem? If so what are the steps necessary to reproduce it?

    Sincerely

    Thanks for the clarification on item 1).
    With regard to 2), my computer was out for several days, but since it's working again, I haven't been able to reproduce the problem either. Unless it shows up again, I'll consider this discussion done.
