Cedar Point Federal Credit Union
I use to be able to download transactions from CPFU up until 2-3 weeks ago, now I get an error message: java.io.IOException: HTTP Error:404 Not Found. OBTW it still works with Q******.
Tried refreshing, same error.
Any ideas?

It's possible that your bank updated there servers recently and our connection information might be outdated. I'll check our information for CPFU and update it if necessary. I'll let know you know once it's updated. It will probably be about a week.

After doing a bit of research, I'm not sure the problem is on our end. There seems to be a problem with your bank's server. You should try calling them and saying that you're trying to connect and getting an error message. If they say they don't support Moneydance, try telling them that you're using Quicken. They might have more information about the problem and how to fix it. I'll also contact them. Hopefully, we can get them to fix whatever the problem is.

Well, it DOES work with Quicken, but not Moneydance.

Hmm...interesting that it's still working with Quicken. I can't explain that one. I emailed CPFCU and received the following response:
Hello Jessica, we are currently having problems with the ofx connect feature of our website. This issue is known and being actively worked. We are aware and very sorry that this issue is causing issues for our members.
Hopefully this issue will be worked out shortly and everything should be back to normal.
So, they know they have a problem and are working on it. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Once they fix their OFX connection, Moneydance should start working for you again.
