Recognition of "Account" in QIF

I finally ditched Quicken Essentials. The transition to MoneyDance went very smoothly. I have one issue (maybe a feature request).

I am using Mariner Paperless to capture my receipts. I have set up Paperless account names and categories to match what I have in MoneyDance (sub-categories were tricky). My ideal process would be to export into one QIF file all the transactions since last time, then import them into MoneyDance. But, MoneyDance does not appear to recognize the "Account" parameter which is in the QIF file. It puts all the transactions direct into the one selected account from the dialog box. I can't see any way to tell MoneyDance to use the Accont info in the QIF file. This forces me to export all my different accounts from Paperless separately.

Any suggestions?

On the Moneydance QIF import window make sure to set the "Import to" option to "New account". When using this option if you have multiple accounts in the QIF file Moneydance will either create a new account for each account in the QIF or if there is an existing account in MD with a name that exactly matches it will import the relevant transactions into that account.

Thanks, Bob. That did the trick. Saves me a lot of time!
