Purchase of Moneydance
Dear Sir,
I purchased a copy of Moneydance on 27th August 2009 Invoice no
4166952 and you have taken the payment from my credit card. You
gave us the key which we used when we downloaded the product. We
are in the process and it has stopped working telling that we need
to purchase to continue. We have re-entered the product key and it
tells us that it is not recognised.
What happens next. we await your urgent reply

Hi Valerie,
I've sent another email to you with your license information. Please follow the instructions in that email to register your copy of Moneydance. Be sure you are typing your key in exactly as shown in the email. It helps to copy is from the email and paste it into the registration window, to make sure there are no mistakes.
