How come? I used the button on the Net Worth report to make sure the Loan button was checked.

I see on the Home Page that my house mortgage is included twice, once as a liability and once as a loan. Doesn't seem correct to me. It's a loan but shouldn't be included as part of the Net Worth total on home page.

It should only be listed once. Which of the two account is actually being used. Which is to say which account is receiving payments? Presumably only one account is receiving the payments otherwise your bank account would be much lower as well. Delete the account that is not receiving payments.

I don't understand. Same account set for the Home page and the Net Worth report so I say Net Worth should be the same.

OK , I think I'm figuring it out. I may want to move transactions from one account to the Loan account. I'm puzzling it all out.

I think I got into this mess by setting a Loan account to get the automatic calculations with a "reminder" and still keeping my Quicken Morgage Liability account.

I still say the Net Worth should be the same even if value is incorrect!

Can you show me a couple of screenshots that demonstrate the net worth problem.
