License code incorrect

Hi, I had to reinstall my OS for my computer. I am trying to use my license code, and the application is not accepting it. My license is: B309910-745BE7D4

    Hi Glen,

    Are you using the License Code with the correct Version that you purchased? They are version specific. You can Download Previous Versions of Moneydance here:

    Otherwise, you may wish to double-check your License Code by entering your email (that you used to purchase Moneydance) under "Lost Key" here:

    I do not work for Support, I am a Moneydance Customer, but if your key isn't working I believe that it would either be that you are using it on the wrong version, or you may possibly have a typo.

    Your license key is for the 2014 version of Moneydance, which entitles you to use the 2014 and 2015 versions. The 2017 version can be downloaded from here:

    Your license key also entitles you to a 50% discount off the latest version of Moneydance. If you'd prefer to upgrade and redeem this discount, you can go here:

    http://infinitekind.com/purchase

    and enter your license key in the "Upgrading?" box, and then follow the instructions from there to purchase your new discounted key.

    My 2014 license key does not work on the 2015 version. I have Sierra so the 2014 version will not run.
