MAC Sierra MD2015 Super Condendenced Print Font-Reports--ERROR
2017-0206 My MD2015.7 (1358) on a MacBook-Pro & Sierra (iOS-Up to date)-- printing to wireless bluetoorh HP ENVY 5530 (1 year old & driver up to date for MAC)....
Reports are being printed in a super small condensed font and I cannot read the reports. Also tried a HP LaserJet1320 (USB) and had same results. Tried to save as PDF ffile & print and still really really small super condensed type - that I cannot read. YES PRINT SHARING FOR PRINTERS IS TURNED ON & FOR BLUETOOTH, etc.
I can print in all other programs just fine with regular font size and able to adjust accordingly and off the internet just fine--NOT SO IN MONEYDANCE -- the PRINT DEFAULTS ARE WRONG OR ARE BEING READ WRONG?
PLEASE GET THIS CORRECTED FOR A USUABLE, PLUS EVEN BE ABLE TO SELECT A FONT & AN ADJUSTABLE FONT SIZE LIKE IN SAFARI PRINTING.
THIS CAN'T BE THAT DIFFICULT FOR A PROGRAMMER TO ADD A DECENT PRINT ROUTINE INTO THE MD PROGRAMS FOR EVERY YEAR WHEN UPDATED????/
This is sure bothersome not being able to print reports for taxes & references.

Hi,
Sorry to hear of the issue you have encountered when printing. In 'Preferences' on the 'Printing' tab, you can change the font size from the drop down list. You can access your preferences via Moneydance --> About Moneydance. This changes the font preferences used when generating/printing reports and printing checks in Moneydance. Can you try increasing this size to see if it creates something more usable?

Ian O., Nice thought, but I tried that too----Preferences was Times Roman 12 Pt Font to 16, 18 and also tried other types available (Arial, Helivicta....??)..
I even printed a letter in "Pages Program" just fine and thinking print defaults stay the same, leaving printer alone I immediately tried to print MD P&L - didn't work - same super condensed print resulted?
So something within MD Program is not resetting the PRINT ROUTINE properly for report printing and is being interfered with somehow.
Are there other Programs (MD or MAC) Must be something changing the default print preferences set to Times Roman 12 Point, interfering with MD Print routine to cause the defaults to be reset?
I am using a HP ENVY 5530 Wireless Printer. (Print, Scan, Copy, Photo, WEB).
Can the Print Routine be isolated from other interfering commands from MD or outside programs?
Sure hope PROGRAMMERS CAN FIX THIS SOON.

I am back printing again... Y E A H !!!!!
Here is what I did.....While running HP Install program and it being HUNG-UP, printer not showing in MAC - Sys Pref-Print-Scanners... Printers Name in Box to Add(+) and Install. So while hung up search HP Support articles etc....HP.123; HP.GO;....HP Wireless Printer Installation..... followed instructs----with printer turned on and WiFi bright light or blinking-unplugged the power cord from printer & turned off the Router for 5 minutes. Turned on Router and plugged live power cord to printer-it cameback on, and on the MacBook-Pro to SysPref--Printers/Scanners and finally the ENVY 5530 printed was displayed in box to select and then add(+) and Install the printer....then check box to share Printer on network.. Finally printed Reports correctly on MacBook-Sierra using MD2015.......
