Hitting enter to edit transaction confirms transaction

When I am confirming my downloaded transactions, I found that hitting enter to edit the transaction does not work under certain circumstances. If a transaction has no merge or similar payee suggestions AND does not have a category suggested, hitting enter to edit confirms the transaction as is as if I'd hit cmd-enter. If a transaction has no merge or similar payee suggestions but has a suggested category assigned, hitting enter allows me to edit the transaction as usual (though when I finish editing and hit cmd-enter to confirm, my category edits are reverted, grrrr, but that's a separate issue). I'm using Moneydance 2011r2 (803) on a MacBook.
