    Hi,

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing. Could you try checking the box marked 'Share this printer on the network' under your Mac's System Preferences? To access this option, click the Apple logo in the top left corner --> System Preferences --> Printers & Scanners.

This has strangely resolved a number of printing issues that have arisen with recent Mac OSs, please let me know if you're still having difficulty after changing this setting.

    Thanks - that works now.

It has another interesting positive affect...

A number of the buttons have been 'unresponsive' for example clicking to see a report from the Dashboard or clicking 'Balance' to se cleared and uncleared balances. Sometimes had to click and wait and click several times before I could get a response. It seems they now respond without lag.

I still have an open issue from December regarding a bug in budget reports that remains unresolved with no response.

    Thanks

Glad to hear that resolved the issue. Thanks for the additional information, I have not hear of this particular fix having that effect, it may prove useful. I'll close this discussion now but I'll ensure that you get a response on your other discussion shortly, please, accept my apologies for the delay.
