Kathy,
It sounds like our connection information for your bank may be outdated. What bank are you using? Once I know that, I can check our database to see if we have matches the current information.
John, mrducks02, and mondan,
Could you all please start new topics about your connection problems? It will be much easier for us to help troubleshoot if we're not all cross-talking in one topic. Please also include the name of the financial institution you're using, along with a copy of any error messages you're getting.
I'm sorry you all are having problems. Hopefully we can help get things sorted out.

Hi,
I'm also receiving the error message:
Java,io.IO.Exception:http error:404 not found when I try to download transactions.
I am an employee and depositor with TD Bank (USA). As of 09.27.09 the bank completed their conversion of the legacy Commerce Bank and TD Bank North systems into the new TD Bank account systems. Money Dance staff please be aware that all of your TD Bank users will not be able to connect. Please up date your bank connection information as quickly as possible.
Thank you,
Len Fedullo

I am a TD Banknorth customer and I've been unable to download new transactions for at least 2 days. Same parsing message as above that I rec'd when I first started with Moneydance and TD was updating systems then. Please advise ASAP when this can be resolved. Thanks Chris

jwpletcher,
I'm unclear on exactly what problem you're having and I'm afraid you'll get lost in the shuffle on this thread. Could you please start a new topic or send an email to [email blocked] with your problem and any error messages you're getting? It'll be much easier to troubleshoot what's going on that way.
fedullo and cpjs1,
TD Bank is currently upgrading their system. You will be unable to connect to them through Moneydance (or any other personal finance software) until after September 29th. We are in the processes of updating our database with the new "TD Bank Online Banking" connection. Note that this is different from the current TD Bank connection we have in our database that has a dash in it. Once TD Bank's upgrade is complete, you will need you disable your old connection to TD Bank and create a new connection to TD Bank Online Banking.
You can find more information about their upgrade at there website. I'm sorry for the temporary down time. Hopefully the upgrade will go smoothly and you'll be able to connect again soon.
