error communicating with your financial institution
MD 2008r3 (631) Java Version: 1.4.2_04
For many years MD has worked fine downloading from Bank of America
accounts with only the occasional password change. Two years ago I
switched to Firefox browser with no problem but this error occurred
last week and I have not been able to trace it down.
I tried re-input the password, create new account (same failure),
check Firefox allowed sites (no BoA) but I can sign on BoA in
Firefox, just not MD. BoA claims no changes and also offers no
help.
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
A communication or parsing error occurred.
This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or
misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException:
java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server
Certificate Chain
any ideas?
thanks

Ryel,
BofA changed their security certificate and we had to make changes as a result. If you update to our latest preview release (642), the issue will be resolved. You can download the new version here:
