capital gains report

hello - I have an error in capital gains report on an equity that split (5:1 - 0.2) and I've now sold off the entire position. In the capital gains report, 300 shares sold have $0 cost base which tosses the value of the report and investment performance report into the trash.
suggestions to repair?

I'm sorry for the late response, this thread got lost in the forums. I am wondering if you found a solution.
Did you apply the split? Using the split button in the securities detail window for that fund should adjust the cost basis. If you can provide a screen shot of the security detail window for this stock it will help me diagnose the issue.
