Switching Moneydance to Windows advice/comment please?
I have been using Moneydance on Macs since 2002.
But I also have Parallels, so could easily run Moneydance in Windows and avoid the current Mac printing problem.
But I would still want to use Moneydance on my Macs, iPhone and iPad.
My main question is does the Moneydance 2017 sync engine, using "Dropbox Folder" setting, work reliably across platforms?
I would be using a Windows 10 Creator Update in Parallels 12.
Thanks

Hi,
As long as both computers, run the same version of Moneydance the setup will work even if on different operating systems.
Please follow this article here, for a step by step explanation.
I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.

Henry, on this page I am seeing an attachment that I posted here in error showing how to make a discussion private. Sounds like you are not seeing it here??
I posted that attachment here initially in error. I later reposted it in the correct thread called "Chasing Gremlins":
http://help.infinitekind.com/discussions/problems/33524-chasing-gre...
where I was trying to help the author make the discussion private.
I was able to edit my post in this thread to remove the text, but not the attachment.
As many people do she posted from the MD app not realising it goes public.
I see that thread is still public. Can you fix that for her?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I've made the discussion private!
Thank you again and well spotted.

Thanks for the thanks!
I do think it is a problem that many people who post from the App don't realise they are going public. There are two issues:
Many apps have an intermediate step when trying to post a question which forces the poster to check for existing posts or docs.

I see, well explained. Thanks for the suggestion for improving Moneydance! I've filed a ticket in our ticketing system with your suggestion, so the developers will be looking into it.
