Items that appear to be duplicates, won't import
When I import a file regardless of type, be it a QIF or whatever, certain transactions do not import even though when presented with the "possible match" dialog I selected "record".
The transactions that aren't recorded are typically ATM transactions that do look like duplicates, with the only difference being the date of the transaction.
Is there anyway top get these to record properly?
I am using 2008R3 (629) on a Mac 10.5.8.

JT,
I am very sorry we are replying to your inquiry this late. When you record a transaction with the "possible match" setting, you are indicating that the transaction matches another transaction already entered and so it is not imported but rather it is matched. It is necessary to change that field to "no match", then when you import this transaction, it will enter your register as a new item.
Sincerely,
