Bug in Reminders
I have a weekly reminder set for every 4th Monday which began on 5/29/2017. It correctly repeated on 6/26 and 7/24. In August however, it is not scheduled until 8/28. This is not correct. Four weeks after 7/24 is 8/21.

The 28th of August IS the 4th Monday of the month, so the reminder did perform exactly as intended. If you want the reminder to occur every 4 weeks ("Four weeks after 7/24 is 8/21"), use the Daily reminder and repeat every 28 days. That way the next reminder is exactly 4 weeks after the last. A bit counter-intuitive, but it certainly works.

More than simply counter-intuitive. It's wrong. If I wanted the 4th Monday of the month, I'd choose a monthly reminder.
