Moneydance will not start on OS X 10.5.6
I downloaded the .zip file, clicked it, and dragged Moneydance to the Applications folder. When I double-click it, I get nothing. Sometimes, the Moneydance icon will show up for a moment on the Dock, but it will disappear right away.
This is a fairly new Macbook, and we have not installed much on it, other than OpenOffice.org and KeePassX.
Any ideas?

Sam, Just to clarify, have you verified that Moneydance is in the applications folder, but it still will not open?

Yes, it was properly in the Applications folder. The problem turned out to be that the Java install had somehow corrupted, and the only fix is apparently reinstalling OS X. Moneydance worked fine once I did that.
