Hi, I have been using Moneydance for a few years now. I had a message when I logged on saying I needed to update the updater in extensions. I have done this I now cannot add further transactions as I have exceeded 100. I have found the email with my licence key but this is not recognised. The key issue B31903-A4BAC71

Hi Ian,
I've checked our records using your email address and have located a purchase of Moneydance 2014. When you purchase Moneydance, you're always entitled to the next version for free. Your license key is valid with Moneydance 2014 and Moneydance 2015. Both these versions can be downloaded from here, and you can use your current license key to register the program.
If you'd like to upgrade to the latest version, Moneydance 2017, you can enter your current license key into the 'Upgrading?' box on this page to redeem a 50% discount against the upgrade cost.

Sorry, I didn't recognize your license key. You can purchase Moneydance <https://infinitekind.com/purchase2017> at the regular price.

Hi Ian,
On second viewing I can see there is a digit missing from the license key you are using. Could you try entering the key as follows?
B312903-A4ABAC71

Sorry for the confusion Ian. This is your Moneydance 2014 license key. If you'd like to upgrade to the latest version, Moneydance 2017, you can enter this license key into the 'Upgrading?' box on this page to redeem a 50% discount against the upgrade cost.
Once you have purchased the discounted upgrade, you will be provided with a new license key that will allow you to register the new version.
