I cannot Sync Moneydance among my Mac, ipad and iphon

Please help me understand what is the Access Key of my divices and how can I find the License key in the App that I bought.
I recently bought a licence and installed Monedance app in my ipad and iphone. Then downloaded the free version of Moneydance in my Mac and add the Network Synchronizer extension but when I try to add devices, I am prompted to input the Access Key but fail to do so.

This is a second request for help. I hope I receive a response at your earliest convenience,

   Hi Carlos,

   I'm very sorry for our delayed response to you. Are you still having trouble syncing? The Access Key is the series of characters displayed on your device when you first open it, before you have ever synced it to your file.
