I have a new computer and unable to sync with Moneydance files on Dropbox
I have installed Moneydance on my new computer. I use Moneydance on my phone too but when I go into Moneydance and ask it to get files from Dropbox, it is unable to find synced files. I have tried to access from my phone and it works. What can I do?

Thank you for contacting us.
Would it be possible for you to share the version and build number of your copy of Moneydance, to do this, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance (or Moneydance --> About Moneydance on a Mac) where the version and build number will be displayed?
Also can you check if you are running the latest version of the Moneydance app on your phone, to do this please open the App Store/Goggle Play Store on your mobile device and check for updates?
