download problem
I downloaded your trial software and it appeared to instal
(Windows XP Pro). However, when I click on the program it
immediately minimises itself to the taskbar and won't run. I can
close it from the taskbar but not open it to work on it. Can you
suggest a reason? I also have the Tesco personal Finance software
on my computer and the same thing happens with it, even though I
have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times from CD. I never
had these problems before today. My computer has just returned from
a professional overhaul, but everything else is working...
Please help

Hi Maureen
We have had report of Moneydance starting up minimized on some XP computers. If you right click on the taskbar once it is running and select Maximize that should resolve the problem.

Yes, of course this is the solution and I am pretty embarrassed I didn't
think of it - after contacting you I actually found the answer on your
