Adding custom entries to the "Check#" selection

Hi Again:

Your instructions regarding how to add or edit the menu selections available in the drop down for the Check# when entering a new transaction do not lead to any useful results.

Can you please provide detailed and precise instructions of how to do this.

    Hi Lonnie,

    Looks like dwg has supplied the article you need but we do have an updated article detailing this information available in the current documentation. You can find this article here and all information pertains to the latest version of Moneydance.

    To edit the options that display within the Check field, select 'Summary' in the left sidebar to view the Summary page. Then select Account --> Edit Account. In the window that opens you can drag the items to change the order. The "+" button will create a new item, or select "-" to remove items you do not want.
