Cant run free trial
Hi
I am really keen to use your software. I downloaded the free trial but when i click on the icon on my desktop it keeps asking me do I want to run the software and it starts to try and install it again. I have tried to go in several times and it keeps happening. How do I get to try the program?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi Clare
What operating system are you using? e.g. mac OS X, windows, Linux?
Once you have installed the trial of the software there should be an application launcher created on your computer, The location of the is dependent on your operating system.
