Problems communicating with SunTrust Bank
MoneyDance version 2008r4 (641) Trial
The connection to SunTrust via Money works fine. But when trying to connect via MoneyDance I get the error "There was an error connecting to your financial institution. The details of this error are below. The error reported by the server was: 2003"
I am investigating whether to switch to MoneyDance from MS Money. Having forgotten the pin to the bank, I had requested an new one and entered that pin in MoneyDance along with its replacement. Apparently the bank took this replacement because the new code works in Money or the code I selected matched the one I had been using. A any rate, the online update will not work with the correct login and pin.

I am having the same problem connecting to CapitalOne. My sign in has never changed yet I cannot connect through MoneyDance but can when I go to their site.

If you are not using the most recent preview version (2008r4 Build 643), please update to that version. You can download the update from our website at http://moneydance.com/preview. The build has resolved some bank connection issues.
