I brought Tesco personal finance and installed it on my pc, the reports won't work at all, I downloaded the latest Java, and this didn't work. I click on the reports and all I get is the egg timer, I can carry on using the programme but no reports, and without reports this software is useless for me :-(

I then downloaded your free trial of moneydance 8, where the reports work fine my only problem though is that I can't see a report that lets me predict my future cashflow. With microsoft money I was able to see when I needed to transfer money, and if I was going to go overdrawn, with your programme I can't see anything that uses the pending monthly payments\receipts.

I need to be able to forecast my cash flow for at least a year in advance.

    Hi Wendy

I didn't know that Tesco were still selling their branded versio n of Moneydance. We do not provide tech support for Tesco personal finance.

There is a na extension for moneydance called "balance Predictor" wich uses existing transaction and/or reminders to predict the balanc eof an account into the future. You can install it by selecting add form the extensions menu.

We do offer an upgrade to Moneydance 2008 from Tesco personal finance at half price. Here is the link to the upgrade price: http://moneydance.com/upgrade2004x91736

If you are not satisfied with Tesco personal finance I suggest you return it to your retailer.

I am sorry for the trouble this is causing you.

    Sincerely

    Ben Spencer
