I am trying to download credit card data from Chase. I get the following message

Error: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server Certificate Chain

Can you shed some light??

Ira

Here is a new problem. Now that we solved the downloading connection problem, I get duplicate transactions from my 1st Chase card, which is correct, in my 2nd Chase card. Have you had any of these before?

    Ira

PS: Sorry to be such a pain!

    Ira,

It is likely that this is a mapping issue. Your accounts are not mapped properly (in other words, one account is pointing to each of your Moneydance accounts).
To fix this, disable the Online Set-up for the problem accounts. Then you will need to re-enable them. Once you have entered your ID and Password click Ok and wait (do not click next). You need to see a window that will display - "Please choose the account you wish to use" - which are your accounts listed in a drop down list. If you bypass this window - your Moneydance Account will map to the first account on this list. Sometimes you will need to just wait for this window to pop-up as it can take several seconds.
If this does not resolve your issue, please let me know, and include the OS, version of Moneydance, and version of Java you are running. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

    Here is what I did:
1 - Opened Moneydance and disabled on-line for both Chase Accounts: Marriott and United
2 - Went to set up on-line and selected Marriott
3 - Login Window opened, which I filled, and it got the error message - couldn't connect error code 2000, which I had been getting previously.

I thought the old version of Moneydance had re-appeared, but no!

    MAC 0s 1.7.4 (11E53)
    Moneydance 2011r2 (803)
    Java 1.6.0_33 (from Apple)

Am I the only one with this problem?

    I really appreciate your help.

    Ira

PLEASE Cancel my request the problem was at Chase. They had locked my account because of too many invalid access attempts.

    All is well

    Ira
