Problem Downloading Transactions from BB&T Bank

Moneydance has been working fine for me for three years now. However, just recently, whenever I try to download transactions from BB&T checking and Visa accounts, the password dialogue box will not come up and the window freezes with the 'blue wheel' spinning so that I have to do a force quit. I tried to use the 'refresh' button on the 'online banking' dialogue window but that freezes that window also. Discover Card accounts work fine though. I'm using the latest Preview version 643.

   I'm having the same problem...it seems to have started this weekend. I'm wondering if it results from the "upgrade" BB&T told us about several months ago. When I called them then, they told me that they didn't support Moneydance, and that they couldn't help me.

   We do have updated information for BB&T that will work now and beyond. You may need to disable your connection and then choose a new connection. This time choose "BB&T Banking and Bill Payment". That connection is working properly. Please let me know if you encounter any difficulties.
