splits with deferent ending balances
is there some way to change the total balance on a split item with in moneydance? I can do it by using a calculator.

Hi
Enter a total amount in the payment column of the transaction register before clicking the split button to bring up the split editor. If you do this as you add items to the split the value of each new item will be calculated to be the remainder of the split total.
