stock updates from Yahoo

The Stock price and exchange extension appears to have quit working with Yahoo. The exchanges are no longer shown. The program now asks for an API Key, I obtained this and it still does not appear to work.

    Yahoo have withdrawn their pricing service, hence why it no longer works.

    The new AlphaVantage service requires Moneydance 2017.6 as a minimum.
