Credit Card Reconcile not including Credits
I'm a new MD user, having converted from Quicken. All has been going great, until my first reconciling of a credit card account. As it happens it has been a month when I have had a number of refunds from various traders, as well, of course, as having paid my previous month's bill. I hit reconcile for my Amex card, and all the charges come up to be clicked/reconciled - but none of the payments. And that renders all the balances wrong. I cannot see any way around this, and it is true in all my credit card accounts. If this is how MD is going to be, then it is back to Quicken for me, with a lot of cursing on the way....

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

This is a known issue where the dialog box opens too small. Grab the corner of the box and extend it (or maximize it) and the credits (payments) should show up.

Dominic,
I'm afraid this is a small bug that you have encountered that will be corrected in future releases of Moneydance 2011. The reconcile window is drawn slightly too small. If you click and drag one of the edges or corners to make it a little taller, the deposits box will appear. I apologize for the confusion and please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.
