Trouble completely removing moneydance from MAC

I have moneydance and quicken for MAC, the moneydance is not going to work for me so I uninstalled it thru MacKeeper. When I download transactions into Quicken for Mac it goes to money dance and not quicken. Any help completely removing it from my MAC Thanks Pamela

I am afraid I don't have any experience with MacKeeper.
There are a couple of thing you need to do.
1) Drag the Moneydance app to your trash. It is most likely located in your Applications folder.
2) It sounds like you reassigned the default app to open your downloaded transaction files to be Moneydance. You need to reassign the default app for your file type back to Quicken. Download on of the transaction files and save it to disk. Right click on it and select open with... and select Quicken.
