100 Unconfirmed transactions & no download

I presume I'm running into this issue because it started the first of September. I was on trial version and just paid. The register says I have 100 unconfirmed transactions and I cannot get to them. It also won't download my bank info even though it did it very well before. I just registered. Is there something else I need to do? Wait a bit?

Hi Amy,
Is the 100 Unconfirmed Transactions notice coming from a header at the bottom of the register?
If so, you have two options:
1) Drag the header with the 100 Unconfirmed Transactions notice on it, upwards so as to reveal the unconfirmed transactions.
2) Click the split window button next to the 'New Transaction' button in the upper right-hand corner of the Moneydance window. Doing so will integrate the unconfirmed transactions into the register.

Thanks- neither were the isssue but it is working now so I suppose it was an activation issue. Thanks again.
