Payment not made
I use Moneydance to pay bills. On two occasions now a bill has not been paid. Initially I thought I must have forgotten to write the payment but I know that could not happen twice. Today when I was scanning my account list, the account was not listed ( that had not been paid) but then after I manually typed the account into the database it came back up as an account. This has cost me two late fees and interest which I just never do! Do I have a virus? I use an iMac OS X. I think what must be happening is that I write the payment and have not noticed that it is not in the checking account to send list or it disappears later and is not paid. Can you help me?

Hi Sheila,
I'm sorry that you're having trouble with Moneydance. Are the missing payments showing up in the bill payment outbox with the status "will process"? That status is your confirmation that the payment successfully reached the bank. If you don't see that status, something went wrong and you should try again.
