Downloading Transactions

MD won't download new transactions that have cleared my bank. There are transactions for several days, but MD just says "Zero new transactions" but this is not right.
Please advise.

Hi Kathie,
You may want to try to reset the sync for the account.
To do so, open Moneydance to the account in question, then from the Menu bar, click on 'Online' > Set Up Online Banking'.
In the resultng form, click the 'Reset Sync' button.
This will tell Moneydance to download all available txns from your financial institution.
The caveat is that it may or may not download as many as 90 days worth of txns. It depends on your financial institutions policies.
