Q. What version and build number of Moneydance are you using?
Q. Is your version from the Apple store or did you purchase it via the MD website?

I've not heard of this issue before.

If you purchase MD via the Apple store or in the event that you can not get extensions to display in the extensions manager, you can manually download and install extensions from here:
http://infinitekind.com/extensions

The extensions displayed there are for versions of Moneydance 2015 and newer. There is a link at the bottom of the page for extensions designed for older versions of Moneydance.

To install the extensions, use the 'Add from file' button in the extensions manager to navigate to the .mxt extension file or simply drag-n-drop the .mxt extension file onto the opened Moneydance window.

I can not confirm an order from our order fulfillment service with the above name or email, If you did order from the Mac App store you can retrieve the extensions using Kevin's advice.

before and the extension function now works. It was really strange that
the extension manager was not fully functional. It showed what I had
installed but not the extensions that were still available. With the
"reboot" it is now working fine as I see all extensions available.

The issue of stock price updates still remains. On my summary page I list
all stocks and the current stock prices are correct. The net worth total is
correct. Yet when I run a detailed net worth report certain stock prices
appear to be cost rather than current price. Only some stocks and I have
not analyzed to see if there is a certain pattern. If I look at the
individual stock in an account register it shows the correct current price.
My speculation is I have a corrupted file. The issue remained after I
"rebooted" Moneydance. Essentially, the net worth report and graph functions are not picking up all current stock prices.

Thanks for your assistance - much appreciated and speedy response. I am a
very satisfied Moneydance user and recommend it to Apple users. DW

Daniel Weisstag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/460786182018-09-14T13:22:07Z2018-09-14T13:22:07ZExtension Manager Not Working

This morning I tested the current stock pricing extension - it now works
fine. With the latest reinstallation of Mondaydance (I did it three times
in the last 2 days), now all is well. Sometimes mysterious things happen -
my speculation is I had a corrupted file. Thanks again. DW

Daniel Weiss
