no data
When I tried to open MD from my doc today, I got a screen that says Getting Started With Moneydance. How do I locate the data file with all my banking and investments that I've been using for 6 months or more?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Hi John,
Moneydance data files have a .md extension. Do a 'Search' of your machine for
*.md
The star * is a wildcard and will help to find any filename with a .md extension.
I recently helped a forum member who found his data file in the Trash. So take a look there as well.
