Will not start

I just installed the trial version to my system, running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. When I try to start the program the icon appears at the bottom but I can't get a window to open with it. I've tried un-install and install three times and the same thing.

   Hi Russ,
   Try this...
   Hover your mouse over the Taskbar icon until a thumbnail appears above it. Right-click the thumbnail and choose Maximize.

   Kevin's suggestion would be my first as well. Give that a try and if it doesn't work let me know and we'll keep working on it.

   Tried that. Maximize wasn't an option, just close and a couple of others neither of which helped.

   Hi Russ,
   It sounds like you may be right-clicking the taskbar icon instead of the thumbnail that pops up when you hover over the icon.

   Hi Russ,

   If Kevin N's suggestion doesn't work, could you please attach your errlog.txt file here? It can be found in C:\Users\yourusername.moneydance

   This file may show what the error is if the program isn't starting.
