Moneydance 2010 Scrambled Transactions
Moneydance 2008 was working fine, keeping all my transactions in
the correct bank accounts <Checking, Savings, Money Market>
until I downloaded the new Moneydance 2010 and installed it. After
that my Money Market account starting showing transactions that
were in my Checking account which threw off all the totals, etc in
the Money Market account. However the checking account appears to
be still correct. However I can't just delete the transcations out
of Money Market cause it then misses up the Checking account
balances and data from the last 2-3 years.

Had the same problem, I didn't save any changes to my file so I was able to go back to MoneyDance 2008. But now the menu bar is appearing inside the application window instead of the top of the screen in Snow Leopard.

Me too. When I load my working data file from 2008, I get lots of uncleared transactions added to each account and transfers get screwed up between different accounts. I have tried straightening it out, but it's a nightmare and I have reverted to 2008. I have tried it several times with the same result each time.
I'm also not clear on why lots of the transaction have blue dots against them. I do not want to do online reconciling. You can clear the dot but are then left with an i.
IME 2010 is not usable at present.

We recognize that earlier builds of Moneydance 2010 were problematic for some users. If you are not using the most recent version (2010 build 730), please update to that version. You can download the update here. This update has resolved several key issues our users have been experiencing. If you are still experiencing problems, please include your OS and version of java when replying.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
