If I enter just the total for the bill it's good. If I enter the HST because the same thing may or may not have tax (ie. groceries) and don't unclick the "Tax" checkmark, then the tax gets calculated twice. I'm wondering if it's possible that if you enter the tax and have the checkbox to automatically calculate it, if Moneydance can just ignore the checkmark? It's checked automatically and usually I forget about it and then have to go back and do my invoices all over again.... In other words, if a category is taxable, you have a tax category in the transaction and still have Moneydance calculate the tax, if it can know it doesn't have to do that.....</p></div>dhewko2009
