I have a 2017 Moneydance Key that is not working with the new 2019 version.
Key = B4244771-00380470
Can you help me?

I am not support staff, just a user.
Your key was probable purchased for Moneydance 2015 and thus valid for a free upgrade to 2017. A 2015 key entitles you to a 50% discount to 1019.
