Transaction error

I have a specific Online Banking transaction that failed this month when I tried to submit it. Other transactions worked correctly. It generated the message below:

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

Bank Name: Fifth Third Bank - NEW
Account: Checking
Account Number: (removed by me)

The error code reported by the server was: 2000

We're sorry, but we could not process this request. Please contact customer service with this error: 202002

I am using a Mac details follow:

Model Name: iMac Model Identifier: iMac10,1 Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo Processor Speed: 3.06 GHz Number of Processors: 1 Total Number of Cores: 2 L2 Cache: 3 MB Memory: 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 Bus Speed: 1.07 GHz Graphics: ATI Radeon HD 4670 256 MB Software: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 (11E53)

I contacted Fifth Third Bank and they could not help. Any assistance you could give would be appreciated.
