Moneydance 2010 will not open
I've just upgraded/installed Moneydance 2010 (from 2008 version) onto my PC running Windows 7 (64bit). Since installing, Moneydance 2010 opens minimised only. It sits on the taskbar and cannot be opened to view, though strangely, the preview when you pause the mouse cursor over the taskbar shows Moneydance to be functional.
I've tried reinstalling the 2008 version and now it too is
affected. In essence I can't open either moneydance 2008 or the
2010 versions, they both remain mimimised and stuck to the task
bar. I'd be grateful for a quick response to this, I can't use the
program any longer.

This is a bug, and we are working on a solution. Future versions of Moneydance should correct this bug.
Here is one successful work-around we have found:
When the program is open:
1) Maximize window 2) Click the restore down button (upper right hand corner, next to the X to close) 3) On the status bar, right-click to size, right-click to close/quit 4) Restart Moneydance
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
